Why me

My practice sits on twenty-five years of doing the work itself: leading change and transformation inside some of the world's largest investment banks, building inside fintech, and founding ventures of my own. I speak the language of leaders at this altitude because I have lived it.

For specialist needs: key hires, psychometrics, board effectiveness, talent, I draw on a trusted network of partners. Where useful, we bring in less expected talents too: drumming, performing arts, graffiti, and other practices that move people in ways only the novel and unexpected can.
